In fact 40% of our monthly sales (as of August 2025) is either local produce or from our local suppliers. Many of whom supply us with award-winning ‘great taste’ products.

Together with our emphasis on all things local, we are delighted that we are now stocking five simple, effective and sustainable cleaning products from FILL. These are Hand Wash, Wash Up, Laundry Liquid, Fabric Conditioner and Kitchen Clean.  All available in pre-filled glass bottles or customers can bring their own containers to fill. These are all proving to be very popular with a growing number of customers.

When you do pop into the store you should take the the opportunity to have some freshly made coffee, tea, and cakes from the cafe while you collect your newspaper or shop from our extensive range of products.
